VISTA 2025 was produced without input from the broader public and without participation from the Chester County Planning Commission. The VISTA 2025 - Chester County Economic Development Strategy can be viewed here. The plan includes an Implementation Matrix which provides specific Strategies, Timeline, and Possible Implementing Parties. These Strategies include "Support Critical Infrastructure in Targeted Corridors of Opportunity". Other Documents pertaining to VISTA 2025 can be viewed at their website: S.A.V.E. supporters were alerted to a presentation held at Herr's Visitors Center in Nottingham on January 15, 2015, but the event was not advertised to the public. A video recording of the presentation is linked here. The Q & A portion of the event starts toward the end, but revealed many unanswered questions even though this strategy is being actively promoted.
