Blair Fleischmann, Executive Director


Blair rejoined the S.A.V.E. Board in August of 2013. She currently serves on the Chester County Historic Preservation Network board, the Upper Oxford Township Historical Commission and is Secretary of the Homeville Cemetery Company. She also serves on the Conservancy Committee of the Brandywine Conservancy and is the current Treasurer of the Oxford Regional Emergency Management group. She previously served on the boards of Chester County 2020, the Octoraro Watershed Association and the Oxford Area Historical Association. Blair is a former staff accountant and lives with her husband, Charlie, on a preserved farm in Upper Oxford Township.


Koren Weer, Administrative Support


Koren has been involved with S.A.V.E. since the beginning of 2015. She was raised in South Dakota but spent a good portion of her childhood on her grandparents’ organic farm in Iowa and has an inherent passion for protecting and nurturing our planet. She is currently employed full time at Chester County Department of Emergency services and is a member of Go Green ChesCo, an employee driven initiative focused on recycling and waste reduction, energy conservation, and water conservation and protection. Koren lives in Kennett Square Borough where she actively supports local businesses, events, and organizations.
